Calgary, Alberta: Patrick McLean, President of radar HeadHunters, is delighted to announce that Chris Young has joined the radar team as Executive Vice President, General Manager of Western Canadian operations.

After successfully building a unique recruitment model in Toronto and Montreal, radar has partnered with Chris Young to lead radar’s Western Division as well as contributing to the First Human Capital Management platforms including Mandrake, NEXCareer, and First Executive Search. Chris will be responsible for execution of the company’s strategy, business development, recruitment and placement of talent in the Western Region. radar’s goal is to continue to expand with high quality talent, leveraging our entrepreneurial solutions while creating a work place that is second to none.

With an extensive background in Human Capital Management, Chris is a trusted executive with over 20 years experience in sales & marketing, recruitment strategy,technology, manufacturing, advertising, and human resources. He has held senior roles at well known brands such as Workopolis, Rolls Royce Enginesand TMP Worldwide. His focus has been on sales leadership and management, bringing with him an engaging and strategic approach to addressing customer needs.

Chris has a Masters in Political Science from the University of Manitoba and completed the Sales Management training program from Queens University and a year of Asian Studies at UBC. Chris graduated from St. George’s high school in Vancouver.
